Rev. Andrew Bawa is an ordained minister of God, a certified John C. Maxwell Leadership Coach, an author of several books including Rebrand and the ABC of wealth, he is also the C.E.O of Impact Leadership Consulting and the Lead Pastor of NextGen Worship Centre – a family of true worshippers based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

In 2017, he was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in Philosophy of Humane Letters by CICA International University & Seminary in Queens, New York.

A true leader and visionary, with over two decades of ministerial service under his belt, Rev. Andrew remains committed to raising a generation that makes a difference by organizing spirit-filled empowerment events all over the world, and inspiring youths to follow in Christ’s footsteps and become leaders.

Andrew Bawa is married to Emem Bawa and blessed with two lovely girls, Elswidih and Elnessa.
